How fast can we get started?

Most places are up and running within a few days. We create your site, you walk through a short setup, and you add your menu, photos, and hours. There's no waiting on an app store approval.

Do we need to build an iPhone or Android app?

No. Guests open your link or scan a QR code, then tap “Add to Home Screen.” It sits on their phone like an app. You don't submit anything to Apple or Google.

Is this only for bars?

Not at all. We built it for bars, restaurants, pubs, breweries, wine bars, cafés, and any sit-down or counter-service spot that wants menu, events, and loyalty in one place.

Who runs the technical side?

We do. Your menu, photos, and settings live on secure hosting. You focus on content — we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff.

Can it look like our place, not a generic template?

Yes. Your logo, colors, photos, and wording. Guests see your name first. A small “Powered by Soniq Bar Buddy” credit appears in the guest app footer — that's the app engine, not our marketing site.

Will it work on guests' phones?

If they have a modern iPhone or Android, yes. Safari and Chrome both work. Your staff can manage things from a phone, tablet, or computer.

How does loyalty work?

Staff check guests in or guests show a QR code from their phone. Points and rewards live in the app — no special scanners or POS hookup required to get started.

Can we do trivia or game night?

On the Gold plan, yes. A host starts a round on a laptop or tablet, guests play along on their phones, and you can show scores on a TV. Good for bars; some restaurants use it for private events too.

Can my staff update the menu without calling me?

That's the idea. You give managers access to change items, prices, specials, and events. You control who has access.

Can we try it before we commit?

Absolutely. Open the live demo on your phone, or email us for a walkthrough. We can also set up a preview for your team.

Who owns our guest list and menu info?

You do. Your content and customer loyalty data belong to your business. We don't sell guest information.

What if we want to add loyalty or trivia later?

Upgrade when it makes sense. Your menu and events keep working on any plan.

We have more than one location. Does that work?

Each location gets its own site and login. Ask us about pricing if you're rolling out to several spots.
